2020:
Sarah spoke on a panel on Mediation for the Community Associations Institute along with Michael Kennedy and Jordan O’Brien.
2019:
Sarah spoke at the West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar in the lively panel: How to Successfully Evaluate, Litigate, Resolve and Try a Mixed Construction Defect Lawsuit – Covered Versus Non-Covered/Affirmative Claims and Everything in Between.
Sarah was appointed President of The Mediation Society, presiding over the organization in what would be a year of change and tumult.
2018:
Sarah and Barbara Monty presented a panel for the Marin County Bar Association on parallel CSLB and civil construction actions.
2016:
Sarah and Gary Ragghianti spoke at a panel for the Marin County Bar Association on mediation.
2015:
Sarah spoke on a panel on mediation for the Contra Costa County Bar Association along with Lynn Duryee, Jordan Rojas, Wilma Gray, Mary Alexander and Linda Boer.
2013:
Sarah has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Mediation Society of San Francisco. The Society’s Mediator’s Corner featured a profile of her practice last year.
2012:
Sarah participated in two panels at the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance Annual Conference.
2010:
Sarah spoke at the West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar.
Sarah presented a panel on construction defect mediation at the Claims and Litigation Management annual conference, along with Bob Bellagamba, Karen Rice, Eileen Marks and Karen Jacobsen.
2009:
Sarah presented the “Optimizing ADR” panel as part of Association of Defense Counsel’s Basic Training series for young lawyers.
Sarah presented a panel “Indemnity and Defense in the Post Crawford and AB 2738 Era” for the Association of Defense Counsel Construction Defect Seminar in Walnut Creek.
Sarah presented a panel on Crawford v. Weather Shield and the newly revised Civil Code 2782 at the Association of Defense Counsel Annual Meeting at the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.
